Artisanal Wurstel

Artisanal wurstels are produced following one of the most popular Tyrolean recipes, only ham, no flavour enhancers or polyposphates. Finely grounded, the meat is enriched with aromas and spices.
The wurstels or Vienna sausages, are then slowly steamed and smoked using beech wood.
They’re practical and versatile, can be steamed, grilled or cooked in a non-stick pan, but also diced or sliced for pizzas or other receipes.
