Baked chicken breast with asparagus

It is a 100% Italian product, made with whole breasts of born chicken, raised and slaughtered in Italy. Each piece is carefully selected for size and trimming. Combined with the skin they give greater flavor and softness to the slice. Green asparagus are chosen and carefully cut and then join with the meat through a slow massage that lasts for 24 hours. It is subsequently tied by hand, cooked in the mold in the steam oven for 9 hours and brown externally to allow all nutritional properties, the taste and quality of being preserved. In each slice the lightness of the chicken and the taste of asparagus come together to create an unmistakable harmony of taste, tender consistency and perfume.
