Baked turkey breast with truffle IL NAZIONALE

In this variant of our high quality poultry cold-cut, the whole breast which is not deprived of the skin, is enriched with black truffle and directly inserted when the meat is laid inside the heart-shaped anatomical mould. It is then slowly cooked in a steam oven and then blast chilled. This allows for a perfect slice; the process ends when the breast is browned.
The turkey breast embodies the truffle scent given by the flakes, the result is a fine cold cut with a distinctive taste: our high gastronomical jewel.
