Cooked ham BORGO ANGARANO chestnut

We only use whole pig thighs. A specific mix of aromatic preparations, through a long massage, then prepares the thigh for cooking in the steam oven, in mold, performed in slow and progressive steps to ensure that all the organoleptic characteristics of the meat are preserved. It has an excellent yield to the cut thanks to an accurate cleaning of the rind. The slice is compact and well chewable, balanced in the relationship between lean and fat, the latter to give softness and flavor.
