Kissed Filet

The noblest parts (ham, loin, shoulder, neck, belly, underbelly) are used in the preparation of Brunello’s Kissed Fillet .It is hand-salted with care. Long drying and careful maturation complete this cold cut, resulting in a sapid and perfectly balanced slice every time. Serve it on a bread board, with olives and capers and a delicate cheese.
