Lardo di Colonnata PGI

Lardo di Colonnata PGI Brunello, is a choice for the client that has delicate and refined taste. The cut is taken from the back part of the pork, it includes the rind and thin strips of meat. After being salted, rubbed with spices, garlic and herbs, it is pressed and cured in the famous Carrara marble tubs, for a period of 6 to 10 months.
When slicing this exceptional cut, that melts not only on your fingers, but in your mouth, leaving you with an explosion of flavour…rosemary, cloves, sage and pepper, divine!
