Montagna Speck

Our Speck Montagna follows our traditional Tyrolean recipe. Cured for a period up to 6 months and smoked using selected beech wood, which gives it an intese perfume. Sliced thinly it can be added to pizza after cooking or as a focaccia filling, giving the diner the pleasure of pure mountain delicacy.
