Mortadella LA BRUNA with pistachios

Our Mortadella La Bruna is produced exclusively with Italian meat, that after being ground, spiced and enriched with pistachios and “lardelli”, it is sized to its natural shape. The cooking takes place slowly, in a ventilated oven. As a result we obtain a perfectly round slice with its typical pink nuance and homogeneous white spots. All in all, the gastronomic sensation leaves us with a fragrant and intense taste. Softness and sweetness are the distinctive notes to the nose and mouth, pleasantly persisting in the aftertaste.
