Nostrano salami with or without garlic

Typical of our Region, the Nostrano Salami is made with 100% Italian pork. Raw materials are sourced from a controlled supply chain. To produce this traditional salami, the meat is minced and mixed with all the natural aromas, following the original recipe. The ingredients are well balanced to allow the perfect moisture and consistency.
Once mixed, the meat is hand-stuffed in the casing and left to season. Being compact in size, it is the prince of the Italian home.
Available also with garlic to appeal to an exigent palate.
