PRAGA Cooked Ham

The pork leg is enriched with a specific mix of aromatic preparations, that is incorporated through a long massage, before cooking. The ham is placed in a net, tied by hand and steamed, in slow progressive steps, to ensure that all the organoleptic characteristics of the meat are preserved. At the end of the cooking process, the ham is slightly browned. This feature can be seen in the light external burnishing.
By using the whole pork leg, and cooking it in a sealed mould, we ensure moisture, tenderness and a compact slice to the very end. Light in name, can be offered to children as lunch or diced in a healthy salad for dinner. What makes the taste of our Praga Ham easily recognizable is the traditional note of light smokiness.
