Raw smoked Pancetta

This “belly bacon” is seasoned and smoked using beech wood. The cut can be cooked and served as a crispy bacon slice. Scrambled eggs and bacon, toasted cheese and bacon or just simple bacon and tomato sandwich, however you serve it, it’s a winner.
