Sopressa Nostrana with or without garlic

Typical of Veneto Region, Sopressa is made with 100% selected Italian meat, sourced from farms located in northern Italy.
The cuts used to obtain this typical Vicenza Salami are: coppa, shoulder and pork belly. Minced and mixed with natural aromas, the lean meat and the lard are perfectly balanced.
Hand stuffed in a natural casing, fresh sopressa is then left to dry and season for a few months.
The slice is soft and chewy, with a melt in the mouth experience. The long wait for the maturing time leaves us with the essence of tradition: with a bigger slice than our salami and a coarser grain, the taste and smell bring the consumer back in time, finding comfort in the simplicity of life and good food, accompanied by a fine glass of Red wine.
