Sweet cured Culatta

Sweet cured culatta is made from the finest part of the pork hip, with the rind on one side and a layer of “sugna” on the other. Anatomically, a small bone preserves the product during curing. With almost no waste, the slice is compact, soft and creamy to the palate, but also rich in flavour. It’s the Emperor of cold cuts, making every platter a gourmet’s dream.
