Our Ungherese Salami takes up the widespread Italian variant of the famous Magyar salami, here prepared with only pork meat. It is hand filled. Drying and curing are the next steps to obtain the final product.
It has a very fine grinded grain, that is evenly distributed and gifts us with a balanced slice: compact and perfectly round. Eating this aromatic, slightly sweet and smokey cut just with bread, makes it a sensorial experience.
