The Veneto Ham PDO, cured for at least 18 months, is our region’s pride and joy. Produced in the province of Padua and Vicenza, using only locally bred Suino Padano. This pork meat qualifies itself to the transformation to the best charcuterie products.

This succulent and tasty ham is available in various formats: boneless, both in pressed or round shape that can be used for platters or on top of some typical “pan biscotto”
